Founded in 2011, the Colorado Chapter of the Children’s Heart Foundation strives to raise critical research dollars, awareness, and improved quality of life for all Americans impacted by Congenital Heart Defects.
While our mission is directly tied to funding life-saving research, we also understand that families impacted by Congenital Heart Defects need both support and an outlet for their anxieties. We don’t have the infrastructure to provide emotional support directly to families, but we can and will help you channel your energies in fundraising in honor of your child through programs like “Calendar Kids” where we will help you write your family’s story and use images, web sites, and printed fliers to help us save lives or by helping you with a local fundraiser. We are very accessible and want you to be part of our mission to save lives and honor the lives of those lost to CHD. Contact the chapter at [email protected] if you have any fundraising ideas or want more information.
